What a precious child... and that is indeed a "snappy little number" she's wearing. I so remember those days when mine (now 23) was seeking fashion freedom. Squeeze every moment out of these years. They're gone so soon.

Awww cute! My older girls also do the "skirt over the pants" too ;) (I wonder where they get this idea from? My 8 year old has been doing it since she had fashion freedeom all those years ago.
