Scott and I celebrated our 15 year anniversary this summer. It is amazing how time flies. In many ways I feel like we have been together for an eternity but in so many other ways I feel like it was just yesterday that we had our first conversation on that little island watching fireworks in the distance.
We fell in love with Newport a few years back so we decided to sneak away for the weekend and celebrate 15 years of love, laughter & friendship.

We spent the weekend enjoying the water, sunsets and each
other.
Our last stop was Castle Hill Inn. There is something to be said for saving the best for last.
The big news is...Wait for it...
WE BOUGHT A BOAT!
Ok, so it won't get us down river but it does make us smile and remind us of a fabulous weekend celebrating 15 years of marital bliss.

Many similar pictures and I think we went only a few weeks apart!! By the way, I LOVE that tree at the Elms, too. I wish I had one as a kid (or even that I were a kid again!)
